Computer Tune Up

This is the ultimate tune up for your computer! If your Computer is running slowly, or has a virus that you just can’t shift, we will take it through our 39 point checklist and get it running like it did when it was new.

Hourly Onsite $99

Hourly rate Onsite, The technician will arrive onsite, diagnose your problem within the first 15 minutes and advise if your computer can be repaired within a one hour timeframe. If the technician knows by experience that it will take longer than 2 hours, you will be offered the option of converting the onsite repair to a “back to base service centre price”. You as the customer have the right to insist on paying the hourly rate if the matter is of high urgency and the technician will stay until your computer is fixed.

Back To Base $198
